Train the Trainer: Bring DEI Practice into Your School

Schools can join our Train the Trainer program, empowering staff to deliver The Birth Game independently.

Who Is It For?

Teachers, Wellbeing/PSHE Coordinators, Counselors, and Care Teams in secondary or vocational education (teaching qualification required).

Participants Learn:

  • How to confidently facilitate The Birth Game
  • How to guide conversations about identity, bias, and belonging
  • How to recognize stereotyping and support vulnerable students
  • How to integrate DEI into wellbeing and advisory curricula
  • How to use Birth Game scenarios and data to build empathy and social safety
